In the beginning there was the void...

You will, no doubt, be shocked to hear that this blog will be about stuff that interests me; mostly about trying to isolate important, beautiful and/or amusing bits of information from the enormous flow of data that is being pumped into the internet from scientific sources and the media.

It will, I am sure, take me a while to hit my stride. 

For variety, I'll post some of my photography, as well as bits and pieces of other stuff that I'm involved with.
